I arrived and was greeted at the door, which was locked, with a friendly smile. I filled out form and was asked to wait till my hygienist was ready for me. It was only a few minutes. I was greeted again with a smile and a trip to my chair. The hygienist was friendly and asked me a few questions about my teeth and how I was doing. We talked a. It more and then she proceeded to clean my teeth. The appointment didn’t take long since there is a step they were not able to do due to COVID. The orthodontist came to check the work and was very friendly and said all looked good. She left and I was told to rinse my mouth before I could leave. I then proceeded to the front reception area to pay my bill. Was greeted with a smile and a compliment. A very great experience!! Friendly staff!!

I am normally VERY apprehensive about visits to the dentist due to a traumatic experience as a child. I joke that I'd rather shoot a staple gun into the palm of my hand than visit the dentist.
Those days are gone! My first visit, even though I had major work done, was terrific! Dr. Lacelle and her staff were terrific, performing the work quickly and efficiently but without feeling rushed. I also opted for the nitrous oxide, which I've never had before. It GREATLY reduced any anxiety that I had without feeling "loopy" or "spaced out", and still allowed me to drive home safely as the effects wore off after about 5 minutes.
If you're even remotely "dentaphobic" like I was, I cannot recommend Brightside Dental Studio enough!

Dr. Lacelle and her staff are amazing, friendly, and always go the extra mile for myself and my family. Dr Lacelle is exceptional with kids, my son who is normally scared and nervous to go to any medical appointment, is actually excited to go to go Brightside. We feel so comfortable coming here and know we are in good hands. If you are looking for a new dentist or unhappy with your current, definitely make the switch to see Dr Lacelle and her team!

When you walk in you are greated and helped right away by the receptionist. Whether your getting a cleaning or a filling or anything the staff and doctor are always gentle with your mouth gums and teeth. They do excellent work very thorough with the work they do. Always good conversation and laughs while your in the chair. Great dentist office I would recommend you going to this office.

My last visit to Brightside Dental was one of the best visits to any dentist; ever. The booking was quick and courteous ; with just enough detail and questions to book the correct amount of time. The procedure was complex but they made it seem like they do it everyday (maybe they do).
