Our Clinic

Brightside Dental Studio located on the east side of Saskatoon has been serving the community for over 5 years. The office is easily accessible with plenty of free parking in front and behind the building.

The staff is experienced, friendly and efficient and do their best to provide a warm, fun environment for our patients.

We have 2 hygienists, one full time and one part time. They are both very experienced and have been in the industry for many years.
About Our Dentists

Dr. Jonida Seferi

Dr. Jonida Seferi obtained her DMD degree at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry in 2008. Since 2008 Dr. Seferi has been involved in general dental practice in Saskatoon. 

Dr. Seferi moved to Saskatoon in December 2002 and started her studies at the University of Saskatchewan in 2004. She is happy to call Saskatoon home, although you will hear her quite often complain about winter weather. She strives to provide patients with excellent dental care in a family focused environment. Her goal is to have her patients feel acknowledged,  appreciated and well taken care. 

Dr. Seferi has two girls and she is heavily involved in their extra-curricular activities. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her kids outdoors or at the swimming pools, going to the gym and strives to keep up with ongoing professional development.

She is a member of Canadian Dental Association, College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan, International team for Implantology, Academy of General Dentistry,  Saskatoon Dental Society and part time faculty member at College of Dentistry, University of Saskatchewan. 

Dr. Brigitte Lacelle

Brigitte Lacelle was born in Swift Current and raised on a farm near Cadillac, Saskatchewan. She attended high school in Ponteix before completing the dental assisting program at SIAST in Regina. She worked as a dental assistant for five years before making the decision to return to further her studies.

Brigitte graduated from the U of S College of Dentistry in 2013 and was awarded the Restorative Dentistry Award and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Award. She has been practicing general dentistry in private practice since that time.

Brigitte enjoys playing ice hockey and ball hockey but can also be found travelling, fishing and enjoying nature.

Darla
Darla has been a dental assistant for more than 25 yrs. Born in Kerrobert and raised in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.

She enjoys fishing and spending time at the lake in summer with her family and friends.
Stephanie
Stephanie has been practising dental hygiene for over 25 years. She graduated from Sask Polytechnic in Regina, then practiced in Alberta and Ontario. She moved back to Saskatoon in 2004, to work in a periodontal office. Stephanie has been working at Brightside Dental for the past 10 years . She is married and has 2 children.
Violeta
Violeta was born and raised in the Philippines. Started working at Brightside in 2015, she looks after all instrument processing in our office.

She loves listening to country music and spending time with her husband and son.
Kaylin
Kaylin was born and raised in Saskatoon. She completed her dental assisting program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her cat.
Tenielle
Tenielle was born and raised in Saskatoon. She has been in the reception/administration field for several years. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Nanook. She began working in the field of dentistry in 2022, and looks forward to the years to come.
