Every member on this team clearly enjoys and cares about their job. They make an effort to educate you on your dental health. The girls at reception are very pleasant and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The clinic itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. A dental hygienist Stephanie is knowledgeable, thorough, and made the experience comfortable. Dr. Jonida Seferi is a truly wonderful and caring doctor who takes the time to listen and provide excellent care. Highly recommended!

I arrived and was greeted at the door, which was locked, with a friendly smile. I filled out form and was asked to wait till my hygienist was ready for me. It was only a few minutes. I was greeted again with a smile and a trip to my chair. The hygienist was friendly and asked me a few questions about my teeth and how I was doing. We talked a. It more and then she proceeded to clean my teeth. The appointment didn’t take long since there is a step they were not able to do due to COVID. The orthodontist came to check the work and was very friendly and said all looked good. She left and I was told to rinse my mouth before I could leave. I then proceeded to the front reception area to pay my bill. Was greeted with a smile and a compliment. A very great experience!! Friendly staff!!

When you walk in you are greated and helped right away by the receptionist. Whether your getting a cleaning or a filling or anything the staff and doctor are always gentle with your mouth gums and teeth. They do excellent work very thorough with the work they do. Always good conversation and laughs while your in the chair. Great dentist office I would recommend you going to this office.

My last visit to Brightside Dental was one of the best visits to any dentist; ever. The booking was quick and courteous ; with just enough detail and questions to book the correct amount of time. The procedure was complex but they made it seem like they do it everyday (maybe they do).
